Terms of use and Conditions

The sales conditions apply to the sale of products from Jensen Trollete Gjeng, VAT number 926897292 with the amichibelle® brand to clients. The terms of sale together with your order, confirmed through an order confirmation, constitute the overall contractual basis for the purchase.

To be able to shop at amichibelle.com you must be 18 years old. If you are under 18 years, you need to ask an adult, to carry out the transaction.

Payments are made via VIPPS (for Norwegian Customers) or through Paypal, debit card, credit card. Please read the Terms and conditions for the services of VIPPS and Pay Pal on their homepages. Questions regarding their payment settings and regulations can be made directly to VIPPS and Paypal.

Consumer purchases are regulated by, among other things, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Cancellation Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act and the E-commerce Act. Follow the link to read about these laws if you want more information about your rights and obligations when purchasing. Where there are written requirements in these Terms and Condition section, this should be fulfilled by using email to post@amichibelle.com.

1. Parties
Seller is Jensen Trollete Gjeng, Post box 206, 1372 Asker, Norway, post@amichibelle.com, Organization no: 926897292 referred to below as «we», «our», «our», «us» or «seller». The buyer is the person stated as the buyer in the order and is here in after referred to as «you», «you», «your», «your» or «buyer.

2. Process order and agreement
Your order is binding when the order is registered in our purchase system.
We are also bound by your order as long as it does not deviate from what is offered by us in our online store, our marketing or in any other way. You still have the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the Act on the right of withdrawal, see the paragraph below.

When we receive your order, we will confirm the order and automatically send you an order confirmation.
Read the order confirmation when you receive it and check whether the order confirmation is in accordance with the order.

Deviations between your order and the order confirmation are considered a new offer from us, which you can accept or decline. You still have the right to make your original order valid as long as it is in accordance with what we have offered. Exceptions may occur, please see paragraph 3.

3. Information given in the online store
We strive to give our customers as correct information as possibe about the products that we offer for sale.
We reserve the right, however, that writing/printing errors may occur, which may mean that we cannot deliver according to the information given in our online store. The offer is valid while stocks last or within the specified offer period.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it, if the product is sold out. In case of a sold out situation, you will be notified of this on the online store. There might be deviations if another customer buys all the products in the stock of a product at once and the system is not updated. If this situation will occur, we will send you an notification on email, and offer you a similar product or your money back.

4. Prices
All prices in the online shop is inclusive VAT. The total cost of purchase will be determined in the shopping basket and the check out form, when ordering and will include all expenses associated with the purchase,  expenses for postage, shipping, packaging, environmental tax, etc.

Some countries have the possibilities to apply for a VAT refund, you must apply for a VAT refund yourself.

Any price changes that occur after the time of ordering that are not due to errors do not have retroactive effect. If there have been typographical or printing errors of a significant size on our part, in advertisements etc. and/or in the online store which is greater than 20 % of the normal retail price, we can unilaterally change, delete or reject orders. This applies even if you have received an order confirmation or similar. However, such errors must be corrected within a reasonable time after the deffect is discovered.

5. Payment
We currently offer various payment methods with our trusted suppliers VIPPS and Paypal.

The amount is deducted from your payment accounts according to the payment method you choose. When paying by card and VIPPS, the amount will be deducted directly from the card or bank account, and the purchase will be prepayed before you receive the goods. 

All card information is stored in accordance with the card companies’ regulations. If a reservation cannot be made, we reserve the right to cancel the payment and the order cannot therefore be completed.

For payment with VIPPS 
Vipps offers easy payment through an app on your mobile phone. After you have entered the delivery address and telephone number, you will be sent to the Vipps checkout app to confirm your purchase, here you can also choose which account you want to charge. Please se VIPPS Terms and Conditions here.

You must be over 18 years to buy products in the online store.

6. Delivery and delays
Goods are delivered from our warehouse in Asker. Delivery time will vary on your delivery address and country.
Delivery time in general is 3-12 working days after ordering. Longer time must be calculated in connection with public holidays and weekends. Deliveries to countries in and outside Europe might also have longer delivery time due to distance and other delays.

We bear the risk for the products until they are taken over by you, i.e. when you have received the products from the pick-up point, or when the goods are delivered at your door. If the delivery is delayed, we will give you information as soon as we are aware of it, together with information about when delivery can take place. 

7. Examination of the products when delivered
When you have received the product, you should check whether the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, if the products have been damaged during transport, or if the products are otherwise faulty or missing.

8. Legal rights of withdrawal
As consumer you can withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after the service provider has fulfilled its obligation to provide information in accordance with Right of withdrawal Act and the item has been received. Please read more about legal withdrawal rights.

The buyer must notify Jensen Trollete Gjeng, the service provider, if the right of withdrawal is used. The deadline is deemed to have been met if the notification is sent before the expiry of the deadline, i.e. 14 days after the buyer receives the purchase of goods. The withdrawal must be noticed in writing to the email address: post@amichibelle.com. If the conditions for the right of withdrawal are met, we are obliged to return actual costs charged to the consumer.

Return shipping costs, however, must be held by you as the consumer, unless we have breached the agreement, or we have, in accordance with the agreement, delivered a replacement product, because the ordered product was not available. The right of withdrawal requires that the item is returned in accordance with our return policy, in the same condition as on receipt, i.e. in original and undamaged packaging and in unused condition. All products must be returned to us accordingly to our Return policy. Refunds take place 14 days after we receive the product and the amount paid is refunded through the payment solution that was used for the transaction for the purchase accordingly to our Refunds policy.

9. Exchange and return
If you want to change the size or if you have simply changed your mind, you can return the product to us for a refund. Please read the Policies for Return, Refund and Exchanges here. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange the goods for you and you must place a new order when you wish to exchange a product.

If the product is returned in an unsafe condition and outside the Policies for Return, Refund, we have the right to refuse a refund. Remember that we will resell the item to another costumer and therefore it is important to us that we get the product back as it was delivered.

Returns must be submitted accordingly to the Policies for Return, Refund to receive the return. Contact us at post@amichibelle.com. To be able to return, the following must be fulfilled:

  • The products are unused and have not been washed
  • All tags are on 
  • The original packaging must be intact
  • The original packaging must not be taped, written or similar
  • The product is complete, all accessories must be included
  • Keep a receipt that the package has been sent, should the return get lost in the post office

    Single products cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons, for example panties, nurturing and food.

    10. Complains in case of defect products and deadline for reporting claims
    If there is a defect in the product, you must notify us within a reasonable time after you discover the defect, by reporting your claim to: post@amichibelle.com.
    This must be done no later than 30 days from the time you received the delivery. Complaints to us must be made in writing to post@amichibelle.com.

    11. Buyers’s rights in case of delays and deficiency
    If the item has a defect or we do not deliver the item or delivers it late in accordance with the agreement between the parties, and this is not due to the buyer or conditions on the buyer’s side, the buyer can apply the powers in chapters 5 and 6 of the Consumer Purchase Act.

    In case of defects, the buyer can withhold the purchase price, terminate the agreement, choose between rectification and redelivery, demand a price reduction or demand compensation from the seller. In the event of a delay, the buyer can withhold the purchase price, cancel the agreement, demand performance and demand compensation from the seller.

    12. The seller’s rights in the event of breach of contract by the buyer
    If the buyer does not pay or fulfill the other obligations under the agreement, and this is not due to the seller or conditions on the seller’s side, depending on the circumstances, the seller can apply the powers in the Consumer Purchase Act chapter 9. If the buyer does not pay, the seller can maintain the purchase and require the buyer to pay the purchase price. In the event of significant payment default or other significant default by the buyer, the seller can terminate the agreement, unless the purchase price has been paid.

    The seller can also cancel the purchase if the buyer does not pay within a reasonable additional deadline for fulfillment that the seller has set.

    13. Personal information
    We are concerned with privacy and security for our customers. Your contact details and information in your purchase personal account on the amichibelle® store are used to handle shipping, warranty, complaints and right of withdrawal. We do not send you advertising unless you have consented to this by agreeing to receive it from us.

    We store name, address, telephone number, email address and your purchase history. This is basic information that we need for registering you and send you goods from the purchase. History with an overview of your purchases is not deleted, but stored at the back of our online store. Please read our Privacy Policy here.

    14. Disputes
    The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, you can bring the matter to the Consumer Council near where you live. All disputes must be resolved according to Norwegian law.

    When purchasing in the amichibelle.com store, you agree that Norwegian legislation shall apply.

    If a case is brought before the courts, it must be decided in your (the buyer’s) jurisdiction, which normally means close to where you live. You can find more information at the website to the Consumer Authorities.

    15. Cookies
    The website uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file that stores information on your computer. We use cookies to improve the website’s functionality and convenience for our customers. To avoid cookies, it is possible to disable them in the settings of the browser. Please read our Cookies Policy here.

    The website may contain links to other websites. Jensen Trollete Gjeng cannot be held responsible for the content or the privacy rules on these the websites.

    amichibelle® is a registered trademark and also a registered brand trademark both word mark, logo and design. The drawing and the logo files are protected and copyrighted. The property of amichibelle® cannot be reproduced, copied, or printed in any circumstances on any products or on any other materials without the prior and approval of the owner. The content on this site cannot be copied og reproduced.

    Jensen Trollete Gjengs’ policy is to remove or disable access to material that infringes copyright. If you believe that content infringes your copyright, please send an email to: post@amichibelle.com

    Jensen Trollete Gjeng reserves the right to take legal action for violations of these conditions, including the right to block access to the website.

    19. FORCE MAJEURE
    Events such as war, natural disasters, strikes, public decisions, failed deliveries from subcontractors and similar events beyond Jensen Trollete Gjeng’s control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, fall under force majeure, which means that Jensen Trollete Gjeng is released from its obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.
